Please submit the following documents :
Your valid passport + 1 photocopy YOUR PASSPORT MUST HAVE AT LEAST TWO BLANK VISA PAGES REMAINING
Your permanent resident card + 1 photocopy (when applicable)
1 long stay visa application form filled out completely and signed by the applicant
1 recent passport size photographs
Contract "Au pair" approved by the Department of Labour + 1 photocopy (this contract is obtained by the family in France at the "Direction Départementale du Travail et de l’Emploi)
Letter of admission in a language school (10 hours per week required) + 1 photocopy
Your itinerary showing date of departure
